Billing & Insurance
As a courtesy to our families, we bill most major insurance companies and are contracted as preferred providers with Premera, Regence, First Choice, Kaiser PPO, Molina* and Coordinated Care*. We can bill Aetna, Kaiser HMO and Cigna as an out-of-network provider. We do not submit claims to UnitedHealthcare but would be happy to supply you with a Superbill upon your request.
We provide an estimation of benefits and costs prior to your first appointment.
We accept debit/credit cards, HSA/FSA cards and checks.
