Billing & Insurance
As a courtesy to our families, we bill most major insurance companies and are contracted as preferred providers with Premera, Regence and First Choice. We can bill United Healthcare, Aetna, Kaiser and Cigna as an out-of-network provider. We are not a participants with Medicaid/Medicare plans such as Molina, Coordinated Care or Apple Health.
We provide an estimation of benefits and costs prior to your first appointment.
We accept debit/credit cards, HSA/FSA cards and checks.
