Billing & Insurance
As a courtesy to our families, we bill most major insurance companies and are Preferred Providers with:
- Premera
- Regence
- Blue Shield
- Blue Cross
- First Choice
- Kaiser PPO
- Molina & Coordinated Care (Medicaid panel is currently full, per WA state law we cannot accept cash payment in lieu of billing Medicaid)
We do not submit claims to Kaiser HMO, Aetna, Meritain, UnitedHealthcare, GEHA or Cigna but would be happy to supply you with a Superbill upon your request.
We provide an estimation of benefits and costs prior to your first appointment.
We accept debit/credit cards, HSA/FSA cards and checks.
